Cancellation Policy

At Mellow Moon Massage Therapy, I understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable, and schedules may change. To ensure that all clients have fair access to appointment slots and to respect the time and effort that goes into preparing for each session, I have a cancellation policy in place.

Cancellation Policy Details:

•100% Cancellation Fee:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 12 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee sent in the form of an invoice.

If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please contact me during business hours. You can reach me at 734-945-7685

•Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. I offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, I will do my best to provide your full session.

For arrivals more than 10 minutes late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time. The full session fee will still apply, as your appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you.

I completely understand that unexpected things happen, and I appreciate you communicating with me if you’re running late.
